We had a fantastic meeting with Jeff Johnson. He was more than patient with us with all the questions we had, which he answered all of them and was willing to help us with everything! Very friendly and positive. Never once pressured us on the sale. Was very upfront and honest. Although we decided not to do our siding at this time, I would highly recommend Jeff and the paramount team. If we do decide to purchase siding, windows or phantom screens in the future he will be our first call!! Thanks again Jeff!!

The siding and gutters are beautiful and durable. Tyler and his crew were fast and efficient. Communication was good. Jesse, David and Caesar did a great job of getting our windows and sliding glass door installed. The windows look great, and add a new dimension to the presentation of our home.

From getting the estimate for partial replacement of some Norandex siding to installation, we had no worries. Norandex had discontinued our original color, but Scott was helpful in finding the closest match. The installer, Peter, and his team did a great job and cleaned up the area. The only snag was that in getting access through the north gate, the bars that had to be taken down were not put back in place at completion. Other than that, we were very satisfied with the process.

Scott Killman and Paramount are great! We originally bought windows from another company and they were still under warranty. The original sellers/installers refused to help. They just wanted to sell us new, and different, windows. Because Paramount sells/installs the same brand we called them to see what could be done. Jeff Johnson jumped in and got us a new window from the manufacturer. I was worried because installing a new window would be messy and involve touch-up paint, etc., and could be costly. Scott Killman came out to deliver the new window and because he understands window construction he saw that he could replace the sashes and balances that had broken without removing the whole window. He replaced the sashes, the balances and in no time I had a new window with no mess and no touch-up painting - just GREAT SERVICE, including some helpful information about my window and tips for maintaining it. Scott Killman is a wonderful representative of a .great company.
