Scott Killman and Paramount are great! We originally bought windows from another company and they were still under warranty. The original sellers/installers refused to help. They just wanted to sell us new, and different, windows. Because Paramount sells/installs the same brand we called them to see what could be done. Jeff Johnson jumped in and got us a new window from the manufacturer. I was worried because installing a new window would be messy and involve touch-up paint, etc., and could be costly. Scott Killman came out to deliver the new window and because he understands window construction he saw that he could replace the sashes and balances that had broken without removing the whole window. He replaced the sashes, the balances and in no time I had a new window with no mess and no touch-up painting - just GREAT SERVICE, including some helpful information about my window and tips for maintaining it. Scott Killman is a wonderful representative of a .great company.
